Our Heritage
We honor our ancestors heritage by acknowledging the land that our properties exists in Ramatyush and Chocheno nations. We inherited their guidance and will always give thanks for the abundance and the rich heritage that Ashbury Property Management LLC has the honor to manage.
The Ashbury’s origins start in 1904. Built by Judge Frizbie, the Frizbie family maintained ownership until 1973. When it was purchased by Abraham Zadow, on behalf of his daughter. He was a first generation immigrant originally escaping the dust bowl of the 1920’s in Missouri. He managed to make it further than his parents as the son of a tailor and union organizer. He then transferred it to his daughter in 1975 once single women were legally allowed to hold property and their own checking accounts. She maintained and made upgrades to make the property more modern, like updating the electricity and windows.
Now its our turn to inherit the stories in these walls. We see it as a honor and a privledge to help you continue the stories that you have yet to make
